I stayed at Sonesta and, for me, the wifi was one of the best parts of the trip. I got connected fast, it didn’t keep kicking me off, and I was able to get my work done from the room without dealing with the usual hotel internet headaches.
At night, I streamed my show and it barely buffered, which I definitely appreciated after a long day. I care a lot about having reliable wifi when I travel, and this worked out great for me. Easy 5 stars.

My first impression was really good as soon as I walked in with my dog. Nobody gave me weird looks or made it feel like a hassle, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall it just made traveling with my dog easy. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel just felt worn down. The hallway carpet was dirty, the elevator shook enough to make me uncomfortable, and the bathroom had peeling paint. I felt like I kept having to point out basic maintenance stuff that should’ve been obvious. It wasn’t the worst stay ever, but the place definitely needs attention.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about staying here: the walls are really thin. I could hear people yelling throughout the night, and it made it almost impossible to get any decent sleep. If you're a light sleeper or just want a quiet place to rest, I’d seriously consider looking somewhere else...

I booked a Sonesta through their site and, i was kind of relieved that the listing matched the actual stay so well. I’m the type who checks photos and reads what other people mention before booking, so it was nice not feeling like I had guessed wrong.
The room looked like the pictures, with the same bed setup, a clean bathroom, and the lobby and pool area were what I expected too. Nothing felt like it had been photographed with weird angles to make it seem bigger or nicer than it really was.

Check-in was easy, and the amenities they listed were actually there, which sounds basic but really does make a difference. If other people had a similar experience, I can see why they’d book direct again. I’d use sonesta.com another time

Stayed at Sonesta for a quick weekend trip the room was SO clean when we walked in. The bathroom looked fresh, the sheets smelled clean, and I didn’t spot any dust or random hair anywhere, which I definitely check for lol. Housekeeping came by and kept everything tidy without being intrusive. Nothing over-the-top to report, just a really comfortable stay. I’d ABSOLUTELY book again.

I signed up for the Travel Pass thinking it would make trips a little more fun with points, upgrades, and maybe the occasional perk. it just didn’t feel like much. I never got an upgrade, late checkout was always “not available,” and figuring out how the points/free nights worked felt more annoying than helpful. The hotels themselves were fine. BUT WOW, the loyalty program was underwhelming. I probably wouldn’t bother with it again

I booked through sonesta.com and chose an accessible room, but the info listed there was minimal. Like, it said accessible, but didn’t really explain the shower setup or how much space there was around the doors, so I ended up having to call the hotel anyway just to make sure.
When we got there, some things were fine, but a few parts weren’t really what I thought we were getting. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but it definitely added stress to the trip that could’ve been avoided if the accessibility details were clearer upfront.

Canceling was straightforward, so no complaints there. The refund did come through, but it took a few days. i blame myself a bit for expecting it to be instant, but overall it was fine.

The pool and gym were decent, I guess. Nothing amazing, but they were clean enough and usable, so I can't really complain too much.
